We spent the weekend of the 4th at a Baja California National Park this year with Mike and Melissa Lenard, Steph's little brother, Austin, Bill Guppy, and our staff guys--Dustin, Duane, and Booie.
Laguna (Lake) Hanson is actually a dry lake bed this time of year.
The hiking in the area is beautiful.
Thankfully, Duane's hammock didn't collapse (above). Although, watching him get into it was fun.
The boys decided to test their wilderness fire-making skills. There was a lot of smoke but in the end, the matches were brought out.
Bill bought queso fresco (cheese) made by ladies at a nearby ranch.
