Playas de Tijuana

This is our November weather.

The fence in the background is the U.S. border. On the U.S. side, there is a state park where families will gather to meet with their loved ones on "the other side" (Mexico). It's not uncommon to see families sit on each side of the fence and picnic together. I imagine for many, it's the only face-to-face contact they have with one another. Sometimes you'll even see people passing stuff through the gaps in the fence; it is currently under construction for reinforcement.
