Experiencing another culture includes sights, sounds, smells, and tastes. So naturally, food is notable. That's why we've dedicated an entire section to some of the new food experiences that had the students talking.

Birria is a stew meat traditionally served at breakfast; however, we've not met anyone who doesn't like it any time of day!
It even works great as lunch leftovers!

And time with Ecola friends and former staff members (Tina, Lisa, and Heidi) at a local breakfast/lunch place. What's common on the menu? Nescafé, jugos, huevos rancheros, pan Frances, omletes, & chilequilles--just to name a few.
